Perfect for wedding receptions, reunions, proms and other events for up to 250 guests requiring the use of one or our approved caterers.
Rental rate includes
- Five-hour event with exclusive use of the facility
- Room set-up with tables and chairs by design with 8'x8' stage
- Chiavari chairs, linen tablecloths and napkins for all tables
- LED up-lighting
- Event Coordinator present throughout event
- Bartender(s) and all non-alcoholic beverages
- Private ready room
- Ample free parking
Friday & Saturday Events
- Under 150 Guests: $4,250; $200 per additional half-hour
- 151-250 Guests: $5,250; $300 per additional half-hour
Events conclude no later than midnight.
Sunday - Thursday Events
- Under 150 Guests: $3,250; $175 per additional half-hour
- 151-250 Guests: $4,250; $275 per additional half-hour
Events conclude no later than eleven o'clock.
Decorating and Clean-up
Rental time includes two hours immediately prior to the event time for decorating and one hour immediately following the event for break down. Additional decorating or clean-up time options are available. Please contact The Grove staff to explore the options available.
For Saturday events, clients may secure up to 6 hours on the Friday prior (if available) for decorating and/or ceremony rehearsal in the amount of $500. Six-hour times may be scheduled after 10a.m., before 7 p.m.
