Event Package Overview:

Exclusive use of facility for five hour event, ending by 11:00 p.m. for up to 250 guests
Entry at 10:00 a.m. day-of for decorating and one hour immediately following event for tear down.
One hour for ceremony rehearsal, scheduled between noon and 7:00 p.m. Wednesday or Thursday the week-of, based
on availability.
Room set with tables, chiavari chairs, linens and 8’ x 8’ stage area.
Bartender(s) and non-alcoholic beverage service for full event time.
Facility Manager present throughout event
Private Ready Room.
12 colored LED up-lights.
Free and ample parking.

Pricing

Fridays & Saturdays: $4,500 (off season discount available November through March for Friday or Saturday rentals)

Sundays through Thursdays: $3,500

Additional decorating and/or rehearsal time available by quote. 90” x 90” tablecloths in white, ivory or black used for guest tables; round table cloths, additional colors and specialty linens are available by quote. Centerpieces, lighted monogram and other décor available for rental.

Bar Packages

Alcohol service is for the first four hours of the event time and must end one hour prior to scheduled event time end. Currently, The Grove cannot offer alcohol service for Sunday events.

The Grove holds a license for the sale of alcohol. All alcohol service must be contracted with The Grove to comply with the Ohio Revised Code.

Open Bar Options:

Beer - $5.00 per guest 21 and over; cash sale for wine and mixed drinks.
Beer & Wine - $7.50 per guest 21 and over; cash sale for mixed drinks
Full Open Bar - $16.00 per guest 21 and over; includes complimentary toast for wedding party
