Weekday event space for business & non-profit meetings & retreats
Event Package Overview:
- Available Monday through Thursdays
- Exclusive use of facility starting at 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for up to 100 participants
- Room set with tables and chairs
- Free access to easels and dry erase board
- Facility Manager on property
- May provide own non-alcoholic beverages or contract in-house for a separate fee.
- May provide own pre-packed breaktime snacks. Meal service requires use of an approved caterer.
- Table cloths, easel pads and AV services available at quoted prices
$1,150 – Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; additional time may be added for $100 per hour after 5 p.m. Events may be scheduled no later than 10 p.m.
Non alcoholic (soda, iced tea, lemonade & bottled water)
- Self Service - $3.50 per attendee
- Staff Service - $5.00 per attendee

- Beer - $4.00 per;
- Wine - $5.00
- Mixed Drink - $7.00
Alcohol service must end one hour prior to scheduled event time end.
The Grove holds a license for the sale of alcohol. All alcohol service must be contracted with The Grove to comply with the Ohio Revised Code.
Open bar package available by quote.
There is no mandatory gratuity added to pricing – tipping of staff is at the client’s discretion (and greatly appreciated!)
All applicable sales taxes are included within the Grove pricing.
There are no additional service fees added on to quoted pricing, with the exception of a 3% service fee if paying by credit card.
