Event facility for repasts and celebrations of life for loved ones who passed away over the age of 55
Event Package Overview:
- Available Monday through Thursdays
- Four-hour rental scheduled between 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for up to 100 guests
- Room set with tables, chairs and black table cloths
- Staff member on site (serves as facility manager and bartender)
- Meal service requires use of an approved caterer. Client may provide own desserts or dessert vendor.
- Requires decedent to have been 55 years or older.
Pricing
$1,500 – Monday through Thursday, four-hour rental scheduled between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m

Cash Bar
- Beer - $4.00 per
- Wine - $5.00
- Mixed Drink - $7.00
Open Bar
- Beer - $5.00 per guest 21 and over
- Beer &Wine - $7.50;
- Beer, Wine & Mixed Drink - $16.00
Alcohol service must end one hour prior to scheduled event time end.
The Grove holds a license for the sale of alcohol. All alcohol service must be contracted with The Grove to comply with the Ohio Revised Code.
Due to the short time frame requests of these types of events, some services/products may be unavailable or additional charges for special deliveries may be incurred.
There is no mandatory gratuity added to pricing – tipping of staff is at the client’s discretion (and greatly appreciated!)
All applicable sales taxes are included within the Grove pricing.
There are no additional service fees added on to quoted pricing, with the exception of a 3% service fee if paying by credit card.
